Description

  • Source, track, and manage a high-volume technical candidate pipeline.
  • Partner with business leaders to define hiring needs, influence talent strategy, and deliver on hiring goals.
  • Build strong operating rhythms with cross-functional stakeholders to support company growth.
  • Embed with teams to understand their products, technical roadmaps, market positioning, and culture.
  • Communicate Anduril’s mission and role opportunities to attract and close exceptional technical talent.
  • Analyze recruiting pipeline and performance data to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
  • Develop long-term recruiting strategies, including referral programs and process improvements.
  • Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles and closing top-tier engineering talent.
  • Startup or software recruiting experience preferred.
  • Combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience is a major plus.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and adapt to routine obstacles.
  • Clear, direct, and timely communication skills, with active listening and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong ownership mindset and accountability for recruiting outcomes and business impact.
  • Low-ego, curious approach with openness to candid feedback and continuous improvement.
