Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through signed offer for on-site RNs, remote NPs, PAs, MDs, DOs, and corporate roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and the HR Manager to define requirements, coordinate interviews, and deliver offers.
  • Build local RN pipelines for new Ultimate Longevity Center markets and national pipelines of multi-state licensed remote clinicians.
  • Source passive clinical and corporate candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, associations, referrals, and specialized healthcare networks.
  • Screen candidates for clinical qualifications, licensure, compensation alignment, role fit, and member-experience mindset.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and provide candidate summaries and regular pipeline updates to hiring managers.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, funnel conversion, offer acceptance, and source effectiveness.
  • Develop scalable hiring playbooks, scorecards, interview processes, and market-level funnel benchmarks.
  • Provide market intelligence on clinical talent supply, compensation, licensing, and telehealth hiring trends.
  • Use AI tools to improve sourcing, outreach, and screening while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, primarily in clinical or healthcare provider hiring.
  • Proven experience hiring high volumes of on-site RNs across multiple U.S. markets.
  • Experience recruiting remote or telehealth NPs, PAs, MDs, or DOs and assessing multi-state licensure.
  • Working knowledge of nursing licensure, the Nurse Licensure Compact, multi-state licensing, and credentialing.
  • Demonstrated ability to source passive clinical candidates through traditional and creative outreach.
  • Ability to assess clinical qualifications as well as communication, hospitality, and member-experience fit.
  • Proficiency with an ATS such as Lever, Greenhouse, or equivalent; Lever experience is preferred.
  • Ability to manage numerous open requisitions while maintaining a strong candidate experience in a fully remote environment.
  • Experience in telehealth, digital health, concierge, longevity, or preventive medicine is preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for multi-site or franchise healthcare locations, startup or health-tech corporate roles, or clinical staffing agencies is preferred.
