Description

  • Manage and develop recruiters supporting production, manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain hiring.
  • Own end-to-end recruiting strategy, including demand forecasting, pipeline development, and progress reporting.
  • Analyze funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks, diagnose root causes, and improve recruiting processes.
  • Set performance expectations for sourcing activity, pipeline velocity, interview quality, and offer acceptance.
  • Coach recruiters on Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral programs, and SOBO campaigns.
  • Conduct interviews and calibrate hiring expectations with managers.
  • Build talent maps and market intelligence for propulsion, energetics, pyrotechnics, and production operations.
  • Drive diverse hiring and maintain a strong candidate experience.
  • Partner with HR, compensation, and workforce planning on headcount, offers, and retention goals.
  • Represent Anduril professionally with internal leaders, candidates, and external partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience hiring technical talent.
  • 8+ years partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders on hiring strategy and data-driven decisions.
  • 5+ years managing or mentoring recruiters responsible for time-sensitive, high-volume pipelines.
  • Demonstrated experience using recruiting analytics to drive process improvements.
  • Agency or fast-paced startup recruiting experience, particularly for hardware, production, manufacturing engineering, or related technical roles.
  • Ability to travel between sites as needed.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Experience building talent acquisition functions for greenfield or rapidly scaling manufacturing sites preferred.
  • Knowledge of ITAR hiring requirements preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for solid rocket motors, propulsion, energetics, pyrotechnics, or adjacent defense and aerospace fields preferred.
