Description

  • Partner with Talent Leadership and division leads to provide timely hiring updates, progress reports, and mitigation plans.
  • Develop targeted talent maps and sourcing strategies to define talent profiles and build long-term recruiting pipelines.
  • Refine and improve the interview process for production teams while preserving core hiring standards.
  • Manage recruiting leads and managers by setting goals, standards, and team culture to deliver hiring plans on time and within budget.
  • Own production hiring strategy and reporting by partnering with leaders to plan, execute, and track recruiting goals.
  • Work with People/HR business partners and Staffing Ops on headcount planning, headcount management, retention, and timeline accuracy.
  • Serve as the primary owner for systems inputs and reporting related to additional headcount additions throughout the year.
  • Partner with the executive recruiting team on leadership-level production roles.
  • Oversee distributed recruiters and ensure a smooth candidate experience across production hiring.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role in a fast-paced, high-growth production environment.
  • Experience managing teams of 20+ recruiters supporting technical, non-technical, and production operations pipelines.
  • Proven success developing and executing talent acquisition strategies within the production sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods for production and corporate roles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases; Greenhouse and Gem are preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with production labor standards and international hiring experience as a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex issues into practical solutions.
  • Experience analyzing recruitment metrics and data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local hiring and recruiting laws.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for U.S. export-controlled information.
  • Preferred experience working with government contractors, DOD agencies, and IC agencies.
  • Preferred experience hiring candidates with U.S. security clearances.
  • Preferred experience managing geographically distributed teams.
