Description

  • Own and lead the Talent Acquisition function at PolicyMe.
  • Manage hiring for key technical and business roles, with a strong focus on Product and Engineering positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and candidate profiles.
  • Lead sourcing efforts through outbound channels, referrals, networking, pipeline building, and early talent programs.
  • Improve recruiting workflows by identifying bottlenecks and strengthening interview processes.
  • Use recruiting data, market insights, and funnel trends to inform hiring decisions and improve performance.
  • Own recruiting reporting and dashboards, including hiring metrics and funnel analysis.
  • Work closely with leadership and the broader People team in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruitment Lead, or team lead capacity.
  • Experience owning a function or a significant portion of the hiring process.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proven experience solving difficult hiring challenges, particularly in Product and Engineering hiring.
  • Strong talent judgment with the ability to assess technical capability and long-term team fit.
  • Comfort working on a lean People team with hands-on execution and problem-solving responsibilities.
  • Experience improving interview quality through interviewer training, hiring manager calibration, and structured hiring practices.
  • Ability to balance urgency with thoughtfulness while maintaining strong candidate experience and high hiring standards.
  • Resourceful, solutions-oriented, and able to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, leadership, and candidates.
