Description

  • Identify high-potential businesses and conduct outbound prospecting within the territory.
  • Qualify prospects by uncovering their needs, challenges, and opportunities where Amperon can deliver value.
  • Engage prospects with clear, compelling communication to build relationships that generate new business.
  • Research industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to position Amperon effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in HubSpot.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for future clients and deliver a world-class initial customer experience.
  • Generate new opportunities and help drive revenue growth across UK and EU electricity markets.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience, ideally in the energy or power markets.
  • A track record of top performance.
  • Coachable and eager to learn, with the ability to take feedback and improve quickly.
  • Competitive drive and resilience.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, efficient, and passionate about Amperon’s mission.
  • Experience in an Account Executive track role is relevant.
  • Experience with HubSpot is preferred.
