Description

  • Own the end-to-end sales process within a defined territory across hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks, and sell-side research teams.
  • Partner with Sales Development Representatives to research prospects and build new client relationships through consultative selling.
  • Deliver product demonstrations that connect client needs with AlphaSense’s value proposition.
  • Manage product trials with Product Specialists to support client adoption and conversion.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing market and client feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally selling into Financial Services.
  • Proven success in a hunter or new logo sales role and a track record of consistently exceeding quota.
  • Business proficiency in Japanese is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Ability to manage demos, trials, and full-cycle sales using modern sales tools and processes.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex, AI-driven solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Understanding of buy-side and sell-side workflows, market dynamics, and client pain points.
  • Curious, coachable, resilient, and able to balance competing priorities with focus and energy.
