Description

  • Develop and execute detailed project plans aligned with client goals and expectations.
  • Manage a high volume of post-sale client implementations in coordination with client technical teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Account Management, Account Executives, Product, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure successful rollout.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communications to keep internal and external clients informed of implementation progress.
  • Create and modify client-specific training programs for each engagement.
  • Partner with Marketing to create client documentation that supports training needs.
  • Identify implementation risks and issues proactively and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Establish KPIs and monitor, report on, and improve team and individual performance using data.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive playbooks to guide future implementations.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Adoption Specialists to drive adoption and value realization.

Requirements

  • At least 4+ years of experience as an implementation manager, customer-facing project manager, and/or in enterprise customer success.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience creating and documenting playbooks for large-scale rollouts.
  • Robust problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proven track record of turning unstructured processes into repeatable, scalable programs.
  • Comfort with analyzing and leveraging data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, and/or Catalyst is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $100,000–$125,000 USD.
