Description

  • Lead implementations across growth marketing platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Segment, Talon.One, and Hightouch.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each platform’s functionality and implementation nuances.
  • Shadow other MarTech Implementation Consultants to learn integration best practices.
  • Guide clients through the implementation process from kickoff through completion.
  • Customize deliverables and timelines based on each client’s project needs.
  • Ensure successful implementation outcomes for client marketing programs.
  • Manage all Ragnarok deliverables and client communications throughout the engagement.
  • Advise customers on marketing use cases and recommend appropriate platform setup and execution.
  • Coordinate testing, QA updates, routing, and handoffs with internal teams and clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of software implementation support experience.
  • 5+ years of experience interacting with clients or key stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of work experience in a corporate setting.
  • Experience with platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Sailthru, Cordial, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Responsys, Cheetahmail, Simondata, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineers, executives, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with JSON or SQL.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday, Wrike, or Trello.
  • Braze Onboarding Consultant Certification is a plus.
  • Experience with CDPs such as Segment, Tealium, Treasure Data, or mParticle is a plus.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel is a plus.
  • Direct technical integration experience inside a codebase is a plus.
  • Understanding of APIs, including making GET and POST calls, is a plus.
  • Understanding of IP warmup strategy, planning, and troubleshooting is a plus.
