Description

  • Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to build and execute long-term technology transformation plans for large prospects and customers.
  • Guide customers through evaluation and adoption by assessing organizational needs around communications, change management, training, and support.
  • Lead solution evaluations, including presentations, trials, and pilots, while coordinating with technical and product subject matter experts as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite, operational, and technical stakeholders at large accounting firms.
  • Serve as the bridge between customers and Product teams by gathering feedback and translating it into actionable product insights.
  • Help prospects understand how the product roadmap aligns with their business needs.
  • Work with CPA.com to ensure professional services are planned and delivered appropriately.
  • Provide domain expertise to internal teams such as Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Represent Caseware at conferences, events, webinars, and user group sessions.
  • Author thought leadership content and contribute to special projects as appropriate.

Requirements

  • 5+ years conducting external audit engagements on financial statements at a public accounting firm, or 5+ years designing or implementing software solutions for external audit teams in a national office, or 5+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role serving public accounting firms with strong knowledge of external audit processes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, with the ability to advise senior leadership at CPA firms.
  • Strong understanding of technology in the audit and accountancy sector.
  • Ability to understand and interpret the needs of different stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience tracking and managing multiple deliverables and tasks.
  • Resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and uses initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • CPA or equivalent accounting certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with product design or software development preferred.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Experience in project, product, or program management preferred.
  • Deep understanding of accounting, financial processes, and technologies preferred.
  • Experience in Product, Product Marketing, or Sales, or working closely with those teams, preferred.
  • Direct experience using Caseware to perform engagements preferred.
