Description

  • Map the expert universe for assigned verticals and maintain target lists of market participants.
  • Source, vet, and recruit high-value channel partners, customers, and other experts through outreach campaigns.
  • Build long-term relationships with key channel sources and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and monitor expert interviews at optimal times.
  • Create and maintain interview guides tailored to call type, industry sector, and expert profile.
  • Conduct vetting calls to confirm role relevance, recency, and perspective.
  • Negotiate honoraria while balancing insight value and cost discipline.
  • Uphold data privacy standards and maintain accurate records in CRM and workflow tools.
  • Share feedback on sourcing tactics, talk tracks, and emerging themes to improve playbooks and coverage.
  • Develop sector expertise through regular research on industry trends, news, and market dynamics.

Requirements

  • Fluent French speaker with C1/C2 proficiency.
  • Strong ability to manage fast-turnaround projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to document expert experience accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills across phone and email.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity, change, and new challenges.
  • Inquisitive mindset with the ability to identify strong expert fits quickly.
  • Team-first, goal-oriented approach to execution.
  • Experience or familiarity with investigative research, stakeholder management, or project coordination is preferred.
