Description

  • Engage inbound leads who signed up for a free trial with Connecteam.
  • Qualify prospect needs and identify sales opportunities in the North America region.
  • Book demos and confirm meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Create a strong first impression and understand each prospect’s business needs.
  • Initiate outreach through multiple channels and manage lead follow-up.
  • Set up and lead discovery calls with prospects.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs, ICP alignment, and messaging consistency.
  • Help support pipeline growth for the Account Executive team.
  • Contribute to building processes and playbooks.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS or tech sales.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to onboard quickly.
  • Energetic and driven, with interest in growing into an Account Executive role.
  • Strong objection-handling skills and disciplined demo confirmation follow-through.
  • Independent and curious, with a willingness to learn.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and adapt quickly in prospect conversations is preferred.
