Description

  • Map the expert universe for assigned industry verticals.
  • Source and vet high-value channel partners and customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key channel sources.
  • Drive email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to recruit experts.
  • Conduct vetting calls to confirm role, recency, and perspective.
  • Negotiate honoraria within budget and insight-value constraints.
  • Develop target lists of distributors, resellers, customers, and other market participants.
  • Create and maintain interview guides tailored to call type, sector, and expert profile.
  • Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot expert interview sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and workflow tools while upholding data-privacy standards.

Requirements

  • Fluent German speaker with C1/C2 proficiency.
  • Ability to manage fast-turnaround projects and meet deadlines and targets.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently.
  • High attention to detail when documenting expert skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and other outreach channels.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented mindset focused on delivering the best expert profiles quickly and efficiently.
  • Interest in learning industry trends and identifying strong research candidates.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-first environment.
