Description

  • Develop and manage three-dimensional relationships with customers and key stakeholders to retain and grow the customer base.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for inbound queries, outbound engagement, relationship updates, and renewal discussions.
  • Drive adoption of AlphaSense solutions across additional business units within existing client accounts to uncover new opportunities.
  • Identify revenue at risk and help prevent churn through proactive account management.
  • Forecast retention rates and track retention performance across the book of business.
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify growth opportunities and expand AlphaSense’s footprint within each account.
  • Learn client business structures, roles, responsibilities, projects, and performance metrics to communicate effectively and identify white space.
  • Build trusted relationships with users and decision makers so AlphaSense is seen as a business partner rather than a vendor.
  • Run business reviews with key stakeholders and execute onboarding and training initiatives for new users.
  • Capture client feedback and success stories and share them internally with product, marketing, and sales teams.

Requirements

  • Experience managing and growing relationships with Fortune 1000 clients.
  • Strong internal and external relationship management skills and business acumen.
  • Experience working in a rapidly growing SaaS environment and familiarity with client engagement best practices.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly to analysts and C-level executives.
  • Natural intellectual curiosity with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Demonstrated grit, work ethic, initiative, enthusiasm, and commitment to results.
  • Experience partnering with sales teams to identify and develop growth opportunities (preferred).
