Description

  • Manage and grow revenue and market share across designated agencies in the Southeast territory.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute account strategies with the account team to deliver stronger value propositions.
  • Track customer activity in internal systems to support account strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery to assigned accounts.
  • Understand customer businesses and workflows and build the appropriate contact network within accounts.
  • Coordinate with experts and specialists as needed to support account needs.
  • Oversee account activities across the full book of business and own the customer relationship.
  • Forecast account performance, share account updates with management, and gather competitor intelligence.
  • Provide customer product training when necessary and manage the individual expense budget.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful customer-facing SaaS or cloud sales experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years managing a book of business for major accounts.
  • Experience with solution or consultative selling in complex sales processes.
  • Data management experience using Salesforce, preferred, or a similar CRM.
  • Strong understanding of cloud and SaaS offerings.
  • Ability to travel 70%+ including 3-4 days per week on the road and overnight travel.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex solution offerings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Startup experience and some vertical experience are preferred.
  • Law enforcement or public safety experience is preferred.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate regularly with multiple stakeholders.
