Description

  • Act as the operational steward for Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and related GTM data across the ecosystem.
  • Own data governance across Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, and other integrated GTM systems.
  • Run recurring data hygiene programs, including deduplication, standardization, enrichment validation, and lifecycle management.
  • Evaluate requests for new fields, objects, and data standards while protecting data integrity and consistency.
  • Identify data quality risks and drive remediation efforts as business needs change.
  • Administer enrichment workflows, monitor success rates, troubleshoot failures, and maintain mappings and integrations.
  • Monitor critical system integrations and investigate synchronization failures across GTM platforms.
  • Support operational readiness for new fields, objects, integrations, and deprecations.
  • Build dashboards, document governance standards, and support audit and compliance requests.
  • Support complex audience segmentation and strategic GTM initiatives with reliable data operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Administration, Data Operations, or a related GTM operations function.
  • Must be located in US ET or CT.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and CRM data management principles, including Leads, Contacts, and Accounts.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo and GTM data/enrichment technologies.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data warehouse concepts; tools such as Hex, Databricks, or ThoughtSpot are a plus.
  • Understanding of CRM architecture, lead lifecycle management, data enrichment, and GTM system integrations.
  • Experience maintaining data quality through governance, validation rules, deduplication, standardization, and hygiene processes.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations with the ability to troubleshoot synchronization issues.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience is preferred.
  • Experience with tools such as Demandbase, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Apollo, or similar technologies is preferred.
  • Experience supporting enterprise B2B SaaS go-to-market organizations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows, modern data governance practices, and enterprise GTM technology ecosystems is preferred.
