Description

  • Proactively reach out to warm leads, abandoned cart customers, and past buyers via email, SMS, and phone.
  • Execute outbound sales campaigns to increase repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer purchase history and preferences.
  • Partner with the retention team to align outbound messaging with active promotions and campaigns.
  • Log customer interactions accurately in CRM tools such as Gorgias, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
  • Hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to marketing and product teams to improve offers.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer success, with ecommerce experience preferred.
  • Ability to consistently meet monthly sales quotas and improve performance over time.
  • Strong communication skills with a warm, persuasive, and curious approach.
  • Comfort working with targets and rejection, with the ability to treat objections and outcomes as data.
  • Tech-savvy experience using CRM tools, helpdesks, and sales platforms.
  • Ability to think on your feet, handle objections smoothly, and adapt tone across channels.
  • Energy, accountability, and a competitive drive in day-to-day work.
  • Experience with DTC ecommerce brands or high-growth startups is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Gorgias, Checkout Champ, Shopify, or Aircall is preferred.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas in a remote environment is a bonus.
