Description

  • Generate client contracts, renewals, and amendments using approved templates.
  • Review contract inputs for accuracy and ensure pricing, terms, and custom clauses align with approved deal structures.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Legal teams to support contract review and approval.
  • Manage the digital signature process and route agreements to the correct internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track contract status and follow up on delayed signatures to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts, opportunities, and contract data in Salesforce.
  • Execute Salesforce tasks related to customer and opportunity management.
  • Support the Salesforce lifecycle with guidance from the Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Bridge communication between sales, finance, and operations to support end-to-end sales processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, or a relevant academic background.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within the role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle delicate financial and payment conversations with diplomacy and professionalism.
  • High level of accuracy when entering data and reviewing legal and financial templates.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize urgent contract requests and routine collection workflows.
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM data management is implied by the role.
  • Experience in contract administration or support is preferred.
  • Background in sales, revenue, or finance operations is preferred.
