Description

  • Design and lock deal stages, lifecycle definitions, and handoffs across the revenue funnel.
  • Set SLAs and create enforcement rules, alerts, and response-aging controls.
  • Establish CRM governance, including roles, naming conventions, required fields, dedupe rules, and data quality checks.
  • Finalize CRM objects and properties for contacts, companies, deals, activities, and post-sale ticketing handoffs as needed.
  • Build sequences, templates, snippets, and playbooks for prospecting, qualification, discovery, proposals, renewals, and upsells.
  • Set up products, price books, quotes, and basic CPQ logic with discount guardrails and approval paths.
  • Configure forecasting tools, pipeline views, rep scorecards, quota filters, and territory filters where applicable.
  • Create onboarding documentation and SOP libraries for reps and managers.
  • Implement lead routing, tasking, enrichment, and lead scoring across web, email, forms, and calls.
  • Connect marketing and analytics integrations, including Marketing Hub, ads platforms, GA4/GTM, telephony/CTI, and optional billing or support tools.
  • Publish role-based dashboards and build attribution and forecasting reporting for revenue, ROAS, CAC payback, and funnel performance.
  • Enable call logging, recording, transcription, and transcript-based coaching workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years building and administering HubSpot Sales Hub, with Marketing Hub familiarity required.
  • Hands-on experience with pipelines and forecasting, sequences and playbooks, lead scoring and routing, Products and Quotes, dashboards, and CRM governance.
  • Practical experience connecting Ads platforms and GA4/GTM, plus at least one telephony/CTI tool.
  • Excellent documentation, training, and async collaboration skills.
  • Comfort working as a remote contractor.
  • HubSpot Academy certification is preferred.
  • B2B services or inside sales background is preferred.
  • Basic API, Zapier, or Make experience for edge-case integrations is preferred.
  • Primary internet connection of at least 15 Mbps and a backup connection of at least 10 Mbps that works during power outages.
  • Desktop or laptop with an Intel Core i5 8th gen or newer, Intel Core i3 10th gen or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent, plus at least 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 performance and usable during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and smartphone for communication and verification.
