Description

  • Lead net-new host and listing acquisition in assigned markets to meet quarterly supply goals.
  • Prospect high-quality homes through research, networking, and partnerships with luxury real estate professionals, property managers, and operators.
  • Qualify incoming leads and hand off vetted hosts and listings to the onboarding team with clear documentation.
  • Articulate Airbnb Luxe’s value proposition across phone, email, and in-person interactions tailored to luxury audiences.
  • Own new market launches end-to-end, including lead generation, host recruitment, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Develop deep market knowledge of neighborhoods, architecture, design, pricing trends, seasonality, and competition.
  • Manage a portfolio of Luxe hosts as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Conduct business reviews and optimization calls to identify challenges, growth opportunities, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Support onboarding of new listings and improve listing bookability through performance analysis and host education.
  • Serve as the liaison between hosts and internal teams for escalations, product updates, policy changes, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in sales, account management, business development, or strategic partnerships, ideally in luxury travel, hospitality, or real estate.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding acquisition and/or revenue targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across teams to influence change and drive results.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and maintaining rigorous pipeline hygiene and reporting.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior decision-makers internally and within the luxury industry.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience closing complex, high-value partnerships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling pitches and polished correspondence.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and adapting quickly in an evolving environment.
  • Deep alignment with Airbnb’s mission and passion for the luxury travel and homes space.
