Description

  • Consistently achieve sales targets and deliver against key KPIs.
  • Contact key decision-makers through phone, email, social outreach, and occasional in-person meetings to win new business.
  • Present, promote, and sell Fresha products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses to align Fresha solutions with partner needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Provide feedback on industry trends and market developments.
  • Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and document call outcomes in the CRM.
  • Serve as the main commercial point of contact for partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Experience in SaaS, beauty, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Ability to build relationships and work as a strong hunter-type sales professional.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to continually grow and develop.
  • Fluency in English and another language is a plus.
  • Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
  • Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Open to candidates who are enthusiastic and eager to learn, even if they do not meet every listed requirement.
