Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Airbnb Luxe market managers across North America and Latin America.
  • Set clear expectations and build a culture of excellence, accountability, inclusion, and continuous growth.
  • Provide commercial guidance, hands-on support, and escalation management for complex host relationships and market launches.
  • Own the end-to-end regional supply strategy, including acquisition priorities, host quality, and portfolio optimization.
  • Adapt territory strategies based on market maturity, host segmentation, and competitive context.
  • Design and scale acquisition programs to add exceptional homes through direct outreach, luxury real estate agencies, and property managers.
  • Identify target markets and supply opportunities across the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
  • Promote Airbnb Luxe brand standards and ensure the portfolio delivers a high-end guest experience.
  • Manage regional business performance against supply, revenue, and quality KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in guest services, content, quality, marketing, revenue, policy, and product teams.
  • Share market insights, host feedback, and proven playbooks with internal stakeholders and the global Airbnb Luxe team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, luxury hospitality, or market management.
  • 4+ years of experience in a management or field team leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of the luxury travel and real estate sectors in North America and/or Latin America.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow local business in diverse and complex markets.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding supply acquisition and revenue goals through a team in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Experience building and managing high-value partnerships with luxury real estate professionals, property managers, or property owners.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and performance dashboards.
  • Ability to lead with strong judgment, credibility, and influence with senior decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use data and market insights to shape portfolio strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, relationships, and markets at once.
  • English fluency required; Spanish fluency is a major plus.
  • Alignment with Airbnb’s mission and passion for travel and luxury accommodations.
  • Consultative, relationship-first approach with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Must be based in Canada, with current eligibility limited to British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, or Saskatchewan.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the year across North American and Latin American markets and for offsite team activities.

Benefits

  • Annual base pay range of CAD $134,000 to $167,000.
