Description

  • Design and ship low-code/no-code AI agents and multi-step workflows on the Enterprise GPT Platform.
  • Connect the platform to business systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint/Teams, email, and internal APIs.
  • Design and implement MCP servers and integrations to extend platform capabilities and improve context-aware AI experiences.
  • Build custom services, REST APIs, and webhooks when low-code tools are not sufficient.
  • Identify business friction points, translate them into AI solution opportunities, and prioritize high-impact use cases with stakeholders.
  • Embed with business teams to run discovery, define problems, and turn vague requests into MVPs.
  • Manage executive and senior stakeholder engagement, including expectations, demos, decisions, and adoption.
  • Apply production LLM practices such as prompt design, agent design, guardrails, and evaluation.
  • Instrument and analyze usage, reliability, and token/credit consumption to improve quality and reduce cost.
  • Build governance into solutions, including access controls, auditability, content safety, and lifecycle management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a technical role such as AI Practitioner, Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, or Automation Engineer.
  • Direct stakeholder engagement experience in customer-facing or business-facing roles.
  • Production LLM experience, including prompt/system design, agent development, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Experience deploying and operating AI solutions at scale across multiple teams or use cases.
  • Full-stack programming skills covering both frontend and backend development.
  • Experience building custom integrations using APIs, REST endpoints, or webhooks.
  • Track record of shipping production software used by real customers.
  • Familiarity with enterprise security frameworks such as RBAC, least privilege, SSO/SAML/OAuth/OIDC, and auditability.
  • Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code or automation platforms such as Enterprise GPT Platform, Power Automate, n8n, Zapier/Make, ServiceNow, or Salesforce Flows.
