Description

  • Design and implement customer-facing prototypes and lighthouse implementations to validate high-value AI and integration use cases.
  • Lead strategic workshops and technical deep dives with customers and field teams on agentic AI workflows and complex integrations.
  • Turn validated customer work into reusable assets, including reference architectures, blueprints, accelerators, and repeatable patterns.
  • Serve as the deep technical owner for agentic system design, including tool use, orchestration, and multi-agent patterns.
  • Design and maintain complex integration architectures across enterprise platforms and data systems.
  • Ground GTM positioning and storytelling in validated technical proof points for executive demos and analyst briefings.
  • Collaborate with Product, GTM, engineering, Services, and customer stakeholders to translate technical work into scalable adoption assets.
  • Build reliable demo and workshop environments that showcase AI, data, and integration scenarios.
  • Create feedback loops from customer implementations into Product and PMM.
  • Support repeatable delivery by enabling Services and partners with packaged technical assets.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable hands-on experience designing and building agentic AI systems in production-realistic environments.
  • Strong practical knowledge of LLM application architecture, including retrieval (RAG), grounding, prompt/system design, and structured outputs.
  • Experience implementing evaluation and reliability loops, including test harnesses, offline and online evals, monitoring, feedback, and iteration.
  • Experience implementing guardrails for safety, policy, and data controls.
  • Proven ability to integrate agentic workflows with enterprise systems and data, including APIs, events, identity, and governance.
  • Ability to design complex integration architectures and deliver end-to-end solutions with security, scalability, reliability, observability, and deployment readiness.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms and ecosystems, data platforms, and modern AI tooling; Siemens stack experience is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into reusable patterns, reference architectures, and clear technical narratives.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across Product, GTM, engineering, and customer stakeholders.
  • Mendix experience is a plus.
