Description

  • Design end-to-end software solutions that address client-specific challenges with scalability and security.
  • Integrate GenAI agents and productivity tools into solution design to accelerate the development cycle and support New SDLC delivery models.
  • Select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tooling while balancing innovation with the client’s technical and budget constraints.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear value propositions for business stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Lead the technical portion of pre-sales presentations, defending proposals and answering complex questions with clarity and confidence.
  • Conduct technical workshops and discovery sessions to identify the client’s real needs before preparing the final proposal.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Pre-Sales Manager on effort estimates using methods such as Business Complexity Points and flow mapping.
  • Identify architectural risks and non-functional requirements such as performance, latency, and compliance that could affect delivery.
  • Support and mentor other architects and developers on pre-sales strategy and New SDLC practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Software Architect on large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of design patterns, distributed systems architecture, and cloud ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Prior experience supporting commercial teams in proposals, RFPs, and technical defenses.
  • Deep understanding of how Generative AI is transforming the software lifecycle and practical experience using AI to accelerate design through deployment.
  • Excellent consultative communication, including strong oral presentation and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with software project pricing models such as fixed scope and T&M, as well as technical risk and non-functional requirements analysis.
  • Availability to work on-site in the Campinas/SP metropolitan region for strategic meetings with the sales team.
  • Availability for short business travel for proposal defenses and client visits.
  • Cloud Architecture certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in projects that used AI agents to improve productivity is a plus.
