Description

  • Develop and execute a lead generation plan to meet or exceed pipeline quota targets.
  • Run strategic outbound campaigns to create pipeline opportunities.
  • Qualify top-of-funnel marketing leads and convert them into pipeline opportunities.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads from the website and other digital marketing channels.
  • Update accounts, leads, contracts, and opportunities in the CRM according to sales processes and best practices.
  • Keep management informed through timely activity updates and reports.
  • Partner with account executives to plan territory and account-level activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of sales development or inside sales experience delivering qualified leads, booked introductions, or demos.
  • 1-2 years of lead generation experience in B2B SaaS sales using phone, email, and social media.
  • Experience generating qualified leads through outbound campaigns.
  • Experience in mid- to high-value enterprise sales for Contract Management, ITSM/Service Management, ERP, CRM, or similar B2B applications is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with Salesforce, telephone automation/dialing systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, or similar sales engagement platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Results-driven, persistent, highly motivated, and comfortable working through rejection.
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and maintain a strong interest in prospect engagement.
