Description

  • Process position requisitions, applications, resumes, and internal job postings.
  • Track applicants and recruiting metrics using an applicant tracking system.
  • Lead candidate intake and discovery calls and support candidates through the job search process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to advise on recruiting strategy and hiring plans.
  • Source and build pools of qualified candidates using standard and specialized sourcing techniques.
  • Maintain relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand business objectives and hiring needs.
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and recommend improvements that support company growth.
  • Strengthen the company’s employment brand and candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide proactive reporting on key recruiting metrics and insights.
  • Serve as a primary contact for candidate questions and maintain communication through the interview lifecycle.
  • Update and maintain the prospective candidate pipeline through cold calling and prospecting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience recruiting technical and/or non-technical roles in an agency or corporate setting.
  • Consulting or staffing agency recruiting experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professionalism and friendliness.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience sourcing and closing candidates from entry level to senior project management positions.
  • Ability to work independently and as a strong team player.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
  • Ability to identify and analyze issues, make decisions, and implement solutions.
  • Self-managing, proactive, and highly adaptable with the ability to pivot quickly.
  • Project management and process improvement skills preferred.
  • Assertiveness and competitive spirit preferred.
  • BA/BS degree from a four-year accredited university preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.
