Description

  • Target and close new large enterprise clients using a consultative, value-based selling approach.
  • Expand relationships and platform usage within existing clients by promoting value-creating ideas.
  • Own C-level and VP-level client relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Articulate the company’s market positioning and differentiated technology to business and technology stakeholders.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the client’s industry and business context.
  • Develop and own long-term account strategies, execution roadmaps, and transformation business cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver client service and secure upsells.
  • Manage a robust pipeline and identify and cultivate new opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed new ACV and customer revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of direct sales experience with a recognized data and analytics enterprise software firm.
  • Experience selling into Operations, Supply Chain Management, and/or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with vision selling and value/outcome-based selling.
  • Familiarity with Big Data, RPA/process mining, and AI/ML is preferred.
  • Strong track record of success consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Ability to quickly understand and diagnose client and prospect challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to build enduring strategic relationships with senior executives.
  • Ability to express a bold point of view and engage or challenge stakeholders effectively.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and regularly.
  • Must be based in the greater Mid-Atlantic area, such as Baltimore, DC, or Raleigh-Durham.
  • Background in Data Analytics, Planning, or ML/AI is a nice to have.
  • Supply chain experience is a nice to have.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $180,000 to $190,000 per year with commission.
  • 10-12% uncapped commission on all NNARR.
