Description

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new client data feeds.
  • Communicate the onboarding workflow to clients via calls and email.
  • Guide clients on account eligibility and authorization requirements, including LOA forms.
  • Provision received accounts to the appropriate Addepar environments.
  • Work with data providers to triage and resolve onboarding requests and issues.
  • Complete custodian-specific setup and feed connectivity workflows.
  • Maintain accurate onboarding instructions and related internal resources.
  • Partner with Sales, Solutions Architects, and internal Data teams to support client experience.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on process and tooling improvements.
  • Document team processes and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • A few years of experience in client-facing roles focused on client onboarding and success in the FinTech or financial advisory sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in French, German, and/or Italian is a plus.
  • Strong technical aptitude and interest in using AI-driven tools to improve workflow efficiency and problem solving.
  • Ability to think critically and manage multiple projects and processes at the same time.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and committed to client-centric outcomes.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Databricks, Jira, Google Suite, and CRM applications is preferred.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based on the first day of employment.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of 140,000–168,000 złoty for Warsaw.
  • Market-based pay with compensation determined by skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
