Description

  • Lead a team of 7+ Customer Success Managers supporting Strategic Segment accounts with $1B+ in revenue.
  • Drive customer retention and expansion across a large portfolio of enterprise accounts.
  • Provide coaching, enablement, and development for the Customer Success team, including process and best practices.
  • Partner with CSMs to run Executive Business Reviews and communicate AcuityMD’s value to customers.
  • Support at-risk accounts through risk detection, escalation, and action planning.
  • Build hiring plans and recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing Customer Success Managers.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and services teams to improve customer engagement and support company goals.
  • Monitor account health, user adoption, and key performance indicators, and report results to leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in Enterprise SaaS.
  • 3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams as a Senior Manager or Director.
  • Proven track record of exceeding retention and expansion quotas.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues through empathy.
  • Patient, active listening style with proactive self-driven energy and resilience.
  • History of hiring, developing, and leveling up teams.
  • Experience managing a large portfolio of several hundred accounts/logos.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in venture-backed, growth-stage companies is preferred.
  • Medical Device or Life Sciences experience is preferred.
  • Experience using a CRM, ideally HubSpot, is preferred.
  • Eligible work permit in the USA is required.
