Description

  • Serve as a strategic partner to clients by aligning SeatGeek’s technology with their business goals to drive revenue growth and win/win outcomes.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve client performance through product adoption, commercial improvement, and fan experience initiatives.
  • Lead internal and external business reviews and present insights that support renewals, adoption, and client success.
  • Build strong client relationships that generate advocacy through case studies, referrals, and industry exposure.
  • Manage daily communication, resolve client issues, and maintain trust across a portfolio of complex accounts.
  • Analyze product usage, sales, and financial data using tools such as Looker, Excel, Google Suite, and internal reporting tools to inform decisions.
  • Coordinate internal projects across departments to support client needs and influence product roadmaps.
  • Contribute to internal planning efforts including forecasting, onboarding, and scaling client success operations.
  • Travel to client events as needed to support engagement and relationship management.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as customer success, account management, consulting, or partnerships.
  • Experience in a SaaS, tech, or entertainment environment; experience in sports or ticketing is a plus.
  • Track record of improving client business outcomes, not just managing relationships.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and financial aspects of a business, including how to impact the P&L.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complexity for clients and product teams.
  • Confidence working with data and reporting tools such as Looker and Google Suite; experience with other reporting tools is a plus.
  • Ability to solve problems, take initiative, navigate ambiguity, and adapt quickly.
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong cross-functional, “one team” approach.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to client locations and events, approximately 25% to 30%.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
