Description

  • Drive outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities within target accounts and industries.
  • Research ideal customer profiles and execute multi-touch outreach campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to build account-based strategies and penetrate key target organizations.
  • Articulate ActivTrak's value proposition in a way that resonates with each prospect's challenges and goals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene in Salesforce by tracking prospect interactions and pipeline metrics.
  • Participate in sales training, team meetings, and shadowing opportunities to develop toward a closing role.
  • Leverage ActivTrak's platform to improve productivity and better understand customer challenges.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, an SDR/BDR role, or a customer-facing environment.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a metrics-driven, high-activity outbound sales environment.
  • Strong competitive drive and resilience, with energy for connecting with new prospects daily.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly over the phone and in writing.
  • Experience collaborating effectively within remote or distributed teams.
  • Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort using sales technology such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, G-Suite, and Zoom.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and contribute ideas for process improvement.
