Description

  • Meet and exceed individual monthly and annual targets to grow customer logins and generate revenue.
  • Prospect and develop relationships in target customer groups and regions to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Review and qualify all inbound leads across channels according to Actionstep qualification criteria.
  • Nurture and expand business from new and established customer relationships, associations, and networks.
  • Manage customers through the Actionstep sales process and drive product adoption as required.
  • Lead clear and effective product demonstrations and presentations to prospects.
  • Use sales tools and systems (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator) to identify, record, track, connect with, and qualify potential customers.
  • Proactively perform outbound activities and research to generate new customer leads and contribute to qualified lead generation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and regional Customer Growth teams, attend industry events/webinars/user groups, and contribute to marketing campaigns and continuous improvement of sales processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Exposure to and knowledge of the legal industry.
  • Experience presenting and leading product demonstrations.
  • Experience working in a SaaS technology environment.
  • Achievement of or working towards a relevant sales methodology certification.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot) and use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Proven ability to qualify, drive, negotiate, and close opportunities and meet targets.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, organized, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while contributing as a team member.
  • Suitable Criminal Record Check; experience coaching/mentoring others on sales is desirable.
