Description

  • Identify and profile ideal customer accounts using sales intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
  • Monitor trigger events such as job changes, funding rounds, and news, and alert the SDR team to outreach opportunities.
  • Research strategic accounts to map decision-makers and understand their pain points.
  • Assist in building multi-channel outreach sequences across email, phone, and social channels.
  • Manage top-of-funnel lead hygiene so inbound leads are followed up on quickly.
  • Draft personalized prospect snippets to help SDRs scale outreach personalization.
  • Maintain a competitor battle card library by researching market and competitor changes.
  • Assist with weekly performance reporting and executive presentation decks.
  • Coordinate follow-up cadences for webinars and trade shows to maximize event ROI.
  • Support the creation of AI workflows to automate SDR tasks such as account research, prospecting, and email execution.
  • Analyze outreach data or market shifts and present a GTM Optimization Plan as a final capstone project.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or pursuing a relevant degree program for the 2026 Summer Internship Program.
  • Availability for a 12-week internship beginning June 8, 2026.
  • Interest in sales development, go-to-market strategy, and enterprise software.
  • Comfort working in a remote internship environment.
  • Ability to support structured projects, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail for lead hygiene, account research, and campaign support.
  • Willingness to participate in an onsite orientation in Austin, Texas.
  • Ability to present findings and recommendations in a final internship showcase.
