Description

  • Own end-to-end regional GTM execution across Sales, BDR, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
  • Lead regional GTM strategy and align teams on targets and localized playbooks.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage high-value strategic partnerships.
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to cross-functional teams in a dotted-line reporting structure.
  • Bridge local market needs with global strategy to improve regional cohesion.
  • Integrate Customer Success and Sales efforts to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Act as the regional voice to global product and marketing teams.
  • Advocate for the region and help ensure the offering remains competitive in APAC.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development functions, preferably in the tech or SaaS sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead teams without direct hierarchical authority.
  • Strong track record of building and executing partnership programs from the ground up.
  • Deep understanding of the APAC business landscape and GTM nuances.
  • Ability to navigate complex internal organizations and external negotiations with senior stakeholders.
  • Based in Singapore (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Hindi in addition to English (preferred).
