Description

  • Lead growth strategy, capture execution, and market expansion efforts across the Indo-Pacific region.
  • Identify high-value opportunities across service components and the broader defense ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with defense, joint, service-component, and regional stakeholders.
  • Translate regional mission drivers into actionable business development strategies.
  • Guide solution development and influence capture and proposal efforts.
  • Collaborate with Growth & Strategy, delivery teams, and the Indo-Pacific region Task Force.
  • Shape competitive positioning and synthesize complex mission requirements into market approaches.
  • Drive measurable market impact and support both near-term demand and long-range strategic objectives.
  • Operate across cultures and stakeholders to support mission priorities and portfolio growth.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success driving growth across defense markets with direct experience in the Indo-Pacific region and complex operational environments.
  • In-depth understanding of mission needs such as contested logistics, distributed C2, gray-zone operations, and alliance/partner integration across the first and second island chains.
  • Established relationships and access across Department of Defense stakeholders in the Indo-Pacific region, including senior military, civilian, and regional partners.
  • Experience leading capture and proposals for large, multi-year, or multi-component opportunities.
  • Ability to translate geopolitical, operational, and technical context into competitive strategies for long-term pipeline and portfolio growth.
  • Background aligned to senior Indo-Pacific or service-component staff, joint planners, acquisition professionals, regional experts, or technical leaders with Indo-Pacific mission relevance.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of industry experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent people management and relationship development skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Accenture delivery methodologies and practices preferred.
  • US citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
  • Work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship in the United States.
