Description

  • Coordinate and dispatch attorneys to cover a high volume of daily court hearings.
  • Manage real-time scheduling changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage gaps.
  • Confirm assignments and ensure all hearings are fully staffed and accurate.
  • Monitor coverage pipelines and proactively resolve conflicts or shortages.
  • Maintain constant communication with attorneys to support timely arrival and completion.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling data across dispatching and CRM systems.
  • Track coverage metrics, completion rates, and service quality.
  • Partner with recruiting, operations, and client success teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to dispatch workflows.
  • Serve as a point of contact for client updates related to hearing coverage.
  • Conduct outbound follow-ups to confirm details or address service needs.
  • Support client retention through reliable and consistent service delivery.
  • Assist with outbound outreach to support coverage needs and client growth.
  • Contribute to operational reporting and performance tracking.
  • Support team initiatives tied to expansion and service optimization.

Requirements

  • Full-time remote work, located in Arkansas.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 6pm MST.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
  • Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and execution skills.
  • Experience handling logistics and scheduling in a high-volume setting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and internal teams.
  • Comfort working with dispatching and CRM systems.
  • Ability to monitor workflows and resolve issues in real time.
  • Experience in operations, coordination, or client support is preferred.
