Description

  • Lead revenue team onboarding by collecting new-hire details and coordinating setup logistics.
  • Manage end-to-end fulfillment of business cards, wearables, and other field employee orders.
  • Own the ordering and fulfillment process for team awards and recognition items.
  • Execute standardized onboarding and offboarding checklists to maintain process integrity.
  • Schedule onboarding, upskilling, and ad hoc training sessions using Google Calendar.
  • Set up and maintain program guides, performance trackers, and training rosters.
  • Manage training cohort communications and coordinate between trainers and IT.
  • Support training tools such as Salesforce, Kahoot, and Docebo, including permissions, access, and troubleshooting.
  • Gather and package GTM and CSO data from SFDC, Tableau, and Gong for leadership review.
  • Complete administrative special projects and other operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in revenue operations, project coordination, or a high-level administrative role.
  • Comfort with G-Suite tools including Calendar and Sheets, Slack, and Salesforce.
  • Ability to quickly learn and support tools such as Docebo, Tableau, and Gong.
  • Excellent written communication skills for team-wide communications and vendor relations.
  • Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (preferred).
  • Familiarity with operational workflows supporting sales, revenue, or GTM teams (preferred).

  • Base salary of $31.25–$33.66 per hour, depending on location, skills, and experience.
