Description

  • Lead a team of AI/ML engineers by providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Collaborate with client teams to understand business problems and explain technical solutions clearly.
  • Lead the implementation of AI/ML features and represent 3Pillar’s technical standards.
  • Own technical execution of AI/ML projects from experimentation through production deployment.
  • Translate business problems into AI/ML solutions and manage solution delivery.
  • Guide team members on model selection, evaluation, fine-tuning, and GenAI usage.
  • Collaborate with product, data engineering, and software teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, contribute to deployment pipelines, and ensure engineering best practices.
  • Maintain documentation and model governance in line with responsible AI standards.
  • Define project goals, scope, and deliverables with stakeholders and monitor model performance in production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience building AI models with ML, NLP, and deep learning.
  • Proven track record of delivering machine learning projects from concept to production.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML techniques, algorithms, frameworks, and statistical methods.
  • Experience building and deploying ML models for classification, NLP, and forecasting use cases.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-Learn.
  • Hands-on experience with data preparation, feature engineering, model training and tuning, MLOps, and CI/CD tools.
  • Good understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, vector stores/embeddings, and tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Weaviate, FAISS, or Pinecone.
  • Exposure to monitoring frameworks such as evidently.ai, whylogs, or custom dashboards.
  • Experience with computer vision libraries such as OpenCV and NLP libraries such as spaCy or Hugging Face.
  • Additional desired experience includes leading GenAI, LLM, or agentic AI teams, building reusable AI platforms, and contributing to research, blogs, or open source.
