Description

  • Lead and develop a marketing team in a player-coach capacity.
  • Oversee execution across internal teams and external agencies to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Own marketing performance metrics, including pipeline contribution, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
  • Manage budget allocation across programs and channels to improve efficiency and impact.
  • Serve as a connector across marketing, partnerships, sales, and enablement to align execution.
  • Partner with 3Cloud and Cognizant teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and joint initiatives.
  • Execute go-to-market plans aligned to Microsoft services, priority industries, and sales plays.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft and Cognizant channel teams on joint campaigns, co-sell motions, and marketplace opportunities.
  • Translate offerings into clear messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
  • Lead strategy and execution of events to drive pipeline and strengthen partner relationships.
  • Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns and account-based marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, cloud, or professional services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience supporting consulting or services-based organizations strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated people management experience in a matrixed environment.
  • Proven ability to execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline in partnership with sales.
  • Experience working within partner ecosystems such as Microsoft, Cognizant, or similar alliances.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience in solution marketing, including messaging, positioning, and sales enablement.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics, CRM, and automation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work without work visa sponsorship, as the company cannot sponsor applicants for work visas.
