Description

  • Build and institutionalize commercial capabilities across the portfolio, including playbooks, frameworks, and systems that teams can adopt quickly.
  • Diagnose commercial gaps and implement practical solutions that deliver immediate and sustained value.
  • Lead brand identity, positioning, and growth strategy development for portfolio brands.
  • Shape omnichannel growth strategies across DTC, Amazon, retail, and international channels.
  • Establish digital performance systems across paid media, CRM, lifecycle marketing, content, and eCommerce optimization.
  • Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting processes to monitor performance and identify risks early.
  • Build consumer insight capabilities through segmentation, journey mapping, research, and analytics.
  • Translate consumer data into creative strategy, product positioning, and marketing activation.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage agencies and vendors across digital, creative, brand, research, and commercial functions.
  • Lead commercial diligence for acquisitions by assessing brand strength, consumer traction, digital maturity, marketing efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial, digital, brand, growth, or P&L-oriented roles, preferably in consumer, CPG, wellness, or high-growth brands.
  • Proven ability to build capabilities from scratch in resource-constrained environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading digital marketing, brand strategy, analytics, and omnichannel growth.
  • Experience evaluating, selecting, and managing agencies with high standards and accountability.
  • Experience in private equity, founder-led companies, or multi-brand ecosystems preferred.
  • Experience in high-growth or turnaround environments preferred.
  • Exposure to M&A, commercial due diligence, or value-creation planning preferred.
  • Track record of scaling DTC-first brands into omnichannel environments preferred.
  • Ability to influence CEOs, founders, marketers, operators, and cross-functional teams.
  • U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

  • Annual base salary of $200,000 to $220,000 USD.
