Description

  • Design and implement geo- and industry-based market strategies for 3Cloud’s cloud practices and solution offerings.
  • Generate new business at target accounts and expand opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with C-level and senior leaders at corporate prospects and clients.
  • Build trusted partnerships with Microsoft account executives, field sales teams, and related ecosystem partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, scope construction, proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiation.
  • Develop sales opportunities by understanding client business and technical requirements and positioning solutions that deliver clear business value and ROI.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasts through discovery calls, meetings, and weekly CRM updates.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual bookings and margin targets.
  • Support marketing and client advocacy efforts, including reference requests, case study creation, and collateral approvals.
  • Collaborate with technical delivery teams to create tailored proposals and brief internal executives on client needs and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience; MBA is a plus.
  • 5-10+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience in complex sales, solution selling, or strategic account leadership is a plus.
  • Prior sales experience in Microsoft services and solutions is preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Proven track record of successful solutions-oriented sales.
  • Strategic account planning and execution skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
  • Services sales experience selling through a channel environment.
  • Ability to address conflict and prepare for difficult conversations.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Willingness to help customers evolve into digital-first organizations and use consulting to support client goals.
