Description

  • Drive revenue growth across the North American mid-market segment, focused on companies with 250 to 5,000 employees.
  • Learn and apply the company’s sales methodologies to consistently hit quota and grow sales performance.
  • Conduct tailored product demos and sales pitches for prospective clients.
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Run effective client meetings and advance opportunities through qualification and closing.
  • Close initial deals and progress to more complex, multi-threaded sales cycles over time.
  • Become an expert in Learning & Development market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the 360Learning platform and share knowledge internally.
  • Participate in client meetings, team meetings, trade shows, and revenue events as needed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment as an Account Executive or in a pre-sales role.
  • Experience selling HR tech solutions is a plus.
  • Experience executing complex software or platform demos as part of the sales process.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A growth mindset and a lifelong learning attitude.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% annually for client and team meetings.
  • Ability to travel to at least two trade shows per year.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Interest in working within the company’s Convexity culture.
