Description

  • Drive revenue across German-speaking markets, with a focus on the mid-market segment.
  • Lead opportunities from initial demo through closing.
  • Take an active role in responding to requests for proposals.
  • Build and grow a network of HR and training decision-makers in Germany.
  • Develop sales strategies to win new business and close deals.
  • Deliver product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate activity reporting to improve forecasting and sales planning.
  • Build a pipeline and close first deals within the role’s initial months.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly targets.
  • Contribute as a subject-matter expert on the 360Learning platform and support internal projects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS Account Executive or Presales role.
  • Experience delivering complex software or platform demos as part of the sales process.
  • Native German language proficiency and fluent English.
  • Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with key decision-makers at all levels.
  • Excellent active listening skills and a team-player attitude.
  • Basic understanding of HR culture is a plus.
  • Willingness to work remotely from anywhere in Germany.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Gong, Confluence, and Salesforce is beneficial.
  • Ability to work in an international team environment.
  • Interest in learning and applying proven sales methodologies.
