Description

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities in the UK facilities management market.
  • Engage FM stakeholders to understand their needs and position the CAFM solution accordingly.
  • Run discovery conversations and present VertiGIS FM as a COTS platform with relevant solution capability.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events that support pipeline growth.
  • Lead bid and proposal activity by coordinating inputs from pre-sales, product, and delivery teams.
  • Use a consultative selling approach to guide customers through the sales process.
  • Manage opportunities and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Represent the business at FM industry events and build strong customer relationships.
  • Support UK go-to-market activities for the launch of VertiGIS FM.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the CAFM landscape, including industry trends, customer challenges, and emerging technologies.
  • Experience identifying target market segments and contributing to go-to-market strategy.
  • Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the sales cycle.
  • Proven ability to proactively identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the CAFM market.
  • Experience managing opportunities and forecasting accurately in Salesforce.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to ask insightful questions and align solutions to customer objectives.
  • Experience leading customer-focused proposals by coordinating input from marketing, pre-sales, product, and delivery teams.
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence for working across multiple stakeholders.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
