Description

  • Manage inbound lead flow effectively.
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations with target accounts.
  • Meet or exceed SDR-sourced Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) volume targets.
  • Collaborate with teammates to build targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop target accounts.
  • Execute multi-touch outreach across phone, email, social, and other channels using Outreach.io.
  • Track, manage, and report activity and results in Salesforce.
  • Document and update sales development processes in the GitLab handbook.
  • Mentor new SDR hires on navigating key accounts.

Requirements

  • 100% remote work eligibility based in the United States and/or Canada.
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills.
  • Self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements.
  • Knowledge of business process, roles, and organizational structure.
  • Determined and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Previous experience in the tech industry or in sales development, marketing, and/or sales is a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is required globally.
  • Ability to learn GitLab and DevOps concepts through onboarding and training.
  • Alignment with GitLab values.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $53,000 to $75,000 USD for U.S. residents.
  • Sales roles are eligible for incentive pay up to 100% of base salary.
