Description

  • Develop and own the digital marketing strategy aligned with campaign objectives and business goals.
  • Oversee and optimize the company website, including content updates, landing pages, conversion paths, and user experience improvements.
  • Lead SEO strategy and execution, including technical SEO, content optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Own SEM and paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, retargeting, and other platforms, including budget allocation and performance optimization.
  • Design and execute integrated email marketing programs that nurture leads and support launches across the funnel.
  • Develop audience segments, run A/B tests, manage templates, and report on email engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Manage end-to-end webinar programs, including topic selection, promotion, platform coordination, speaker coordination, registration, and analytics.
  • Launch and manage digital advertising across search, social, display, and other relevant channels to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with campaign, content, creative, marketing ops, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are on brand, measurable, and optimized.
  • Monitor channel performance and make rapid adjustments to improve cost per lead, acquisition efficiency, and overall ROI.
  • Ensure web, email, and digital activities comply with GDPR, privacy, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Champion continuous improvement, testing, and innovation across the digital marketing function.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in digital marketing roles spanning web, SEO/SEM, digital ads, email, and webinars/events.
  • 2 years of experience in a team or project leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated mastery of digital marketing across web/UX, SEO, SEM/paid search, digital display, and paid social.
  • Deep experience with email marketing platforms, audience segmentation, marketing automation, and webinar/event technology.
  • Track record managing and optimizing digital advertising budgets of more than $500K per year preferred.
  • Strong analytic skills with Google Analytics, tag management, CRM, UTM tracking, and performance dashboarding.
  • Working knowledge of web content management systems, HTML, basic CSS, and digital creative/production workflows.
  • Expert project and vendor management skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and deliver multiple programs.
  • B2B life sciences or technology experience strongly preferred.
  • Master’s degree a plus.
  • Experience delivering digital strategy and reporting in highly regulated, global, or complex product environments is a plus.
  • Local to the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate preferred.
  • Remote candidates will be considered.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $215,600 to $291,600 USD.
  • Eligible for equity grants.
