Description

  • Own CodePath’s overall marketing strategy, including brand, learner enrollment, and B2B revenue marketing.
  • Define and protect brand voice, visual identity, messaging architecture, and market positioning across all channels.
  • Develop narratives and storytelling that strengthen CodePath’s category leadership in AI-native tech education.
  • Build and optimize landing pages, campaigns, and funnel experiences that convert visitors into applicants and enrollments.
  • Lead growth strategy across paid acquisition, campaign planning, budget allocation, and new channel testing.
  • Own product marketing for learner and B2B audiences, including positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
  • Build the B2B marketing engine with account-based programs, case studies, and demand generation for university and enterprise partners.
  • Lead, hire, and develop the marketing team while setting high standards for execution and creative quality.
  • Run marketing as an AI-native operating model and build scalable systems and workflows for rapid execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with program, product, enrollment, and development teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, including ownership of large-scale brand and growth functions.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets in the tens of millions.
  • Track record of scaling a brand or growth function to millions of users or customers and hundreds of millions in revenue.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong brand instincts and ability to craft stories that drive action.
  • Strong analytical ability with dashboards, cohort data, and funnel metrics.
  • Hands-on content and copywriting ability with a high bar for creative quality.
  • Deep experience in lifecycle marketing, email, and conversion optimization.
  • Fluency across social platforms and organic content strategy.
  • B2B product marketing and sales enablement experience, including positioning and narratives that help close deals.
  • AI-native marketing approach, with experience building systems around AI tools for brand, content, and growth operations.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and a fast-moving environment.
  • Founder mentality, high agency, resourcefulness, and a bias toward action and experimentation.
