Description

  • Collaborate with sales leaders to develop strategies that support quarterly pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Build and execute marketing programs that drive new business, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional planning to define programmatic strategies for engaging existing customer accounts.
  • Design and implement multi-channel campaigns to nurture key personas in partnership with sales, customer success, product, field, and customer marketing teams.
  • Align marketing plans to local go-to-market motions, focus accounts and industries, and adapt for market-specific needs across the region.
  • Support sales teams across Australia, Japan, and Southeast Asia.
  • Use data, KPIs, and industry best practices to measure, analyze, and optimize customer growth initiatives.
  • Plan and manage events, webinars, and networking opportunities with the team.
  • Partner with events and alliances teams to support customer and industry engagements.
  • Advocate for sales needs and meet weekly with the sales team to align on marketing priorities.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise B2B marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.
  • Experience with data-driven marketing and metrics-based decision-making.
  • Experience using MarTech tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase or 6sense, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Outreach, and Sendoso.
  • Prior experience developing and implementing 1:few or 1:many ABM programs.
  • Strong cross-functional project management skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable forecasting, reporting, and managing a budget.
  • A strategic, self-starter mindset with a can-do attitude.
  • Some travel is expected.
  • Based in Singapore or Sydney, or open to candidates in either location.
