Description

  • Recruit, hire, develop, and coach a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.
  • Build individual development plans for sales representatives and motivate ongoing performance improvement.
  • Identify and address customer pain points using Zscaler’s value proposition.
  • Own the business plan for the region and forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual performance.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for key partners to build joint plans, generate pipeline, and close opportunities.
  • Engage enterprise customers and C-level stakeholders to advance sales opportunities.
  • Lead with a sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle sales leadership experience in the software or security industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Progressive selling experience with enterprise accounts and C-level buyers.
  • Residency in Ohio or willingness to commute within the state.
  • Experience establishing customer relationships and understanding how technology supports business goals (preferred).
  • Proven ability to create strategic sales plans and close net-new logos (preferred).
  • Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets while leveraging channel partnerships (preferred).

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $140,700 to $201,000 USD.
